Job summary

Silicon Ranch Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to plan and execute PV solar projects from 1 MWac to 100+ MWac. You will lead commercial aspects, manage contracts, and coordinate with internal teams across development, engineering, finance, legal, and field operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, prompt communication, and solid business acumen, with knowledge of contract administration essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of PM/construction management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Solar project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Commercial lead on all project contracts (solar EPC, substation EPC, equipment procurement, interconnection, etc.).
• Negotiate project-specific contracts with support from SRC departments.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget installation rates, and project risks with project controls.
• Manage scope and perform change management.
• Monitor costs and perform stakeholder management.
• Conduct all project communications and reporting.
• Engage in client and community relations.
• Interface with EHS and Security for safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Work with Procore, Box and Mercatus for project information.
• Evaluate and improve current project management standards and practices.
• Supervise key project team members with their functional managers.
