Job summary

Invenergy LLC seeks a Manager on the Construction Contracts team to oversee EPC contract execution for renewable energy projects. You will guide RFP development, negotiate complex contracts, and manage multiple projects across internal teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with company standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, safety, and project controls to update contract templates and exhibits, while reporting status and promoting effective portfolio-level

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management, construction, and/or contracting of large-scale projects.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standard contract documents are used in RFPs and EPC contracts.
• Guide the preparation of RFPs for EPC contracts.
• Organize contract negotiations and support timely contract executions.
• Ensure EPC contracts follow industry best practices and Invenergy processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update standard EPC contract forms and exhibits.
• Report contract statuses to management with conformance details.
• Provide risk management insights during contracting phase.
• Understand relationships with multiple contractors and facilitate portfolio discussions.
• Develop training materials on contracting best practices and lead sessions.
