Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracts administration experience.
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of experience with state and local procurement requirements.
• 3+ leading and writing business/price proposals.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle multiple proposals, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Establish relationships with senior account leaders and program teams.
• Translate strategic and operational goals into contracting practices.
• Develop business/price volumes to address requirements and mitigate risk.
• Advise on contract revisions to meet client and company needs.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance across portfolios.
