ICF is seeking an experienced Associate Contracts Manager (Supervisory) to be a people manager and perform contract management functions in the growing and dynamic Environment & Planning group with a broad client base in state, local, and commercial contracts, with occasional Federal contracts. The ideal candidate will have management experience, a great attitude, a keen eye for detail, be flexible, and willing to think “outside the box”. He/she must be comfortable with 1) customer interaction, 2) working with geographically diverse internal/external customers and management, 3) have extensive experience independently leading the development of and responsibility for business/price proposals, 4) handling a large volume of transactions, 5) strong negotiation skills; and 6) managing junior contracts personnel. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with senior management in the department as well as company-wide leadership teams. Reston hybrid preferred, however this position is open to being 100% Remote in the 48 contiguous United States. Infrequent travel to other ICF offices or customer locations may be required.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$89,261.00 - $151,744.00
