Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Associate Contracts Manager to lead a contracts team within the Environment & Planning group, handling high-volume proposals, negotiations, and administration across state, local, and commercial contracts with some federal work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contracts administration.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with state/local and/or commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations of MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
• Develop and price volumes for proposals.
• Manage a portfolio of active contracts.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and program teams.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations.
