Job summary

ICF seeks an experienced Associate Contracts Manager (Supervisory) to lead a contracts team in the Environment & Planning group, handling proposals, awards, and administration across state, local, commercial, and some federal engagements.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal and external partners. Reston hybrid is preferred, with optional 100% remote in the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contracts administration
• 0-1 year of leadership/supervisory experience
• 2+ years of experience with a mix of State and Local and/or Commercial contract arrangements

Responsibilities

• Independently handle multiple proposals, negotiations, contract awards and administration in a fast-paced environment
• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Scopes of Work, and other contractual documents
• Establish effective working relationships with business partners and contract team members; translate goals into contracting practices
• Develop business/price volumes to address requirements and mitigate risk in line with policies and regulations
• Assess contract obligations and provisions to identify gaps and risks
• Advise on contract revisions and conduct negotiations to meet client and company needs
• Coordinate agreements and contract documents with accounting, legal, tax and other functions
• Lead and review work products; manage a portfolio of active projects
