Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Associate Contracts Manager in the Environment & Planning group. This role blends people leadership with skilled contract management across state, local, commercial, and occasional federal work, with a Reston, VA hybrid preference or 100% remote in the 48 contiguous states.

You will lead negotiations, develop business/price volumes, oversee a team of contracts staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations while supporting senior

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracts administration experience.
• 0-1 year of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years with state/local and/or commercial contract work.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple proposals, negotiations, and contract administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiate MSAs, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and Scopes of Work.
• Translate strategic goals into contracting practices.
• Develop business/price volumes and address requirements while mitigating risk.
• Mentor junior contracts staff and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure contracts documentation maintained per ICF practices.
• Maintain a portfolio of active projects and manage workloads.
• Lead volume reviews for compliance with solicitation requirements and policies.
