Job summary

RTX is seeking a Contracts Manager (Remote) to support the P&C Mil Spares EPS aftermarket business. The role requires strong negotiation and writing skills and involves managing complex contracts with government customers.

The candidate will interact with internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, and lead small projects and process improvements. U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience with government contracting, including FAR 12 and FAR 15.
• Experience with contract formation (NDAs, MOUs, MOAs) and negotiations.
• Proven ability to manage proposals, compliance reviews and terms.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate, interpret, and manage complex proposals and contracts in compliance with internal processes and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFAR requirements.
• Assess, interpret, and review contractual documents for procurement guidelines and cost control.
• Advise and represent contracts on contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support negotiations and execute agreements efficiently.
• Prepare reports for internal reviews and external customer communication.
