Job summary

RTX is seeking a Contracts Manager for a remote role to support the P&C Mil Spares EPS aftermarket business. The position requires handling complex contracts, negotiations, and compliance with government procurement guidelines.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, manage customer communications, and lead small process improvement initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with government contracting, including FAR 12 and FAR 15 regulations.
• Experience with contract formation, including NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs.
• Experience with proposal compliance reviews, terms and conditions review, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Generate, interpret, and manage complex proposals and contracts in compliance with internal processes and external customer requirements.
• Assess, interpret, and review contractual documents to ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with internal functional teams to support contract negotiations and execute agreements efficiently.
• Prepare reports for internal reviews and external customer communication.
• Develop and maintain strong contractual relationships with internal and external customers.
• Manage the interface between Collins Aerospace and external customers to resolve contractual matters.
• Oversee encumbered outstanding accounts receivable issues.
• Lead small projects and process improvement initiatives, including CORE initiatives.
