Job summary

RTX is seeking a Contracts Manager (Remote) to support the P&C Mil Spares EPS aftermarket business. This role requires deep knowledge of government contracting, strong negotiation and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

You will generate and manage complex contracts, ensure FAR/DFAR compliance, and drive negotiations and process improvements while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• University degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with government contracting, including FAR 12 and FAR 15.
• Experience with contract formation (NDAs, MOUs, MOAs) and proposal compliance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Generate, interpret, and manage complex proposals and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and government procurement guidelines.
• Support contract negotiations and collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
