Job summary

RTX is hiring a Contracts Manager for a remote position in the United States. You will generate, negotiate, and manage complex contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and customer requirements.

You will advise the contracts organization, assess risks, and coordinate with subject matter experts on IP, indemnity, and liability. Expect collaboration with cross‑functional teams and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with proposal compliance reviews, terms and conditions review, and contract negotiations.
• Experience with contract formation, including NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs.

Responsibilities

• Generate, interpret, and manage complex proposals and contracts in compliance with internal processes and external customer requirements.
• Advise and represent the contracts organization on contractual requirements.
• Provide strategic analysis, recommendations, and advice related to contractual matters.
• Manage all aspects of contract administration including review, negotiation, and closeout.
