Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks a Contracts Manager (Remote) to support P&C Mil Spares EPS aftermarket contracts. Although titled Remote, the role is based onsite in Rockford, IL and reports to the P&C AM Senior Contracts Manager.

The candidate must excel in government contracting, negotiations, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires experience with FAR regulations, contract formation, and proposal compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with government contracting, including FAR 12 and FAR 15 regulations and commercial item contracting.
• Experience with contract formation, including NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs.
• Experience with proposal compliance reviews, terms and conditions review, and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing contracts and proposals in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set daily goals effectively.

Responsabilités

• Generate, interpret, and manage complex proposals and contracts in compliance with internal processes and external customer requirements.
• Assess, interpret, and review contractual documents to ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with internal functional teams to support contract negotiations and execute agreements efficiently.
• Prepare reports for internal reviews and external customer communication.
• Develop and maintain strong contractual relationships with internal and external customers.
• Manage the interface between Collins Aerospace and external customers to resolve contractual matters.
• Oversee encumbered outstanding accounts receivable issues.
• Lead small projects and process improvement initiatives, including CORE initiatives.
