Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) seeks a Contracts Manager (Remote) to support the P&C Mil Spares EPS aftermarket business. You will manage complex contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance across government requirements, coordinating with internal teams and external customers.

Based in a remote capacity, you will handle proposals, FAR/DFAR compliance, and process improvements while maintaining strong contractual relationships with stakeholders. Requires university degree and 8+ years experience; U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and 8+ years experience or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years
• Experience with government contracting incl FAR 12 & FAR 15 regulations
• Experience with NDA's, MOUs, and MOAs
• Experience with proposal reviews, terms and conditions review, and contract negotiations
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Generate, interpret, and manage complex contracts in compliance with internal processes and customer requirements
• Ensure adherence to government contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR)
• Review contractual documents for compliance with procurement guidelines and cost controls
• Advise and represent contracts organization on contractual requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to support negotiations and execute agreements
