Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Contracts Manager for a remote role. Based in the United States, you will support the P&C Mil Spares EPS aftermarket business, manage complex contracts, and ensure compliance with government regulations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires extensive government contracting experience, including FAR/DFAR knowledge, and the ability to navigate NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with FAR 12/DFAR and government contracting.
• Experience with NDA/MOU/MOA and contract negotiations.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Generate, interpret, and manage complex proposals and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support negotiations and execute agreements.
• Manage the interface with customers to resolve contractual matters.
• Lead small projects and process improvement initiatives, including CORE initiatives.
• Prepare reports for internal reviews and external communications.
