Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with federal contracts supporting U.S. government programs.
• Experience in negotiations or proposal preparation.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, and OT authority frameworks.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and non-FAR acquisition environments.
• Ability to draft non-routine contractual instruments and use independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle contract support focusing on terms and conditions negotiation.
• Advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies and contract vehicles.
• Review solicitations and advise on compliance obligations.
• Support complex contract activity and intellectual property negotiations.
• Collaborate with account executives and program leadership.
