Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Contracts Manager to support our OT team in managing government contracts from inception through completion. You will apply advanced contracting knowledge to review solicitations, draft terms, and guide proposal strategies while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance across DoD and federal environments.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, experience with FAR/DFARS, and the ability to work cross-functionally with account executives and program

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with federal contracts supporting U.S. government programs.
• Experience in negotiations or proposal preparation.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, and OT frameworks.
• Knowledge of FAR and non-FAR acquisition environments.
• Ability to support complex contract activity and develop specialized contract vehicles.
• Ability to draft non-routine contractual instruments and use independent judgment.
• Ability to review solicitation requirements, terms and conditions, SOW, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently with sound business judgment and risk assessment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle contract support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation, whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation for OT prototype and follow-on production contracts.
• Advise account executives and program leadership on contractual matters, including regulatory compliance, IP negotiations, and risk management.
• Develop specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives.
