Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end contract activities for government clients, from capture through closeout. You will negotiate terms, assess risks, and provide advisory support to leadership within a National Security context.

The role requires 5+ years in contract administration, familiarity with various contract types, and a Top Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree is required; TS/SCI is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. government clients.
• Experience with multiple contract types (fixed-price, time and materials, cost reimbursable).
• Experience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle support with terms and conditions negotiation, white paper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation.
• Review solicitations for risks and guide proposal strategies; advise leadership on risk mitigation.
• Manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals and objectives.
