Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the lifecycle of federal contracts within the Other Transmission (OT) team. You will negotiate terms, support proposals, and advise leadership on risk and compliance across government programs.

The role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ability to draft complex contractual instruments, and the capacity to travel up to 25%. A bachelor's degree is required, with 4+ years of relevant federal contracting experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with federal contracts supporting U.S. government programs.
• Experience in negotiations or proposal preparation.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, and OT authority frameworks.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and non-FAR acquisition environments.
• Ability to support complex contract activity that requires development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques.
• Ability to draft non-routine contractual instruments with independent judgment.
• Ability to review and interpret solicitation requirements, terms and conditions, SOW, and compliance obligations.
• Ability to work independently with sound business judgment and risk assessment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation.
• Offer whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation for OT contracts.
• Advise account executives and program leadership on contractual matters, including IP negotiations and regulatory compliance.
• Develop specialized contract vehicles and techniques to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance across contracts.
