Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, VA seeks a Subcontracts Manager to provide pre- and post-award subcontract administration within our internal team. You will solicit, negotiate, and administer subcontracts and task orders, review prime solicitations, and prepare submission packages to support proposals.

You will conduct price analysis, ensure CPSR compliance, and maintain subcontract files; collaborate with prime contract leaders and external vendors to ensure proper flow-downs and regulatory

Qualifications

Experience in subcontracts administration or procurement for U.S. government contracts.
Experience creating CPSR-compliant file documentation.
Experience supporting proposals in a demanding federal acquisitions environment (Defense, National Security, Civil).
Experience negotiating multiple contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ).
Knowledge of FARs, GSA schedules, GWACs and IDIQ vehicles.
HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Provide subcontract administration support in pre- and post-award phases.
Solicit and administer subcontracts, modifications, and task/delivery orders.
Draft subcontract solicitation packages and price analysis narratives.
Maintain CPSR-compliant subcontract files and ensure proper contract flow-downs.
