Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead federal contract efforts within the OT team. You will manage proposals, evaluate solicitations, and guide risk-mitigated contracting strategies across DoD and other government programs.

You will provide full lifecycle support, including terms and conditions, contract vehicles, and compliance frameworks, partnering with account executives and program leadership on complex agreements. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with federal contracts supporting U.S. government programs.
• Experience in negotiations or proposal preparation.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, and OT authority frameworks.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and non-FAR acquisition environments.
• Ability to draft non-routine contractual instruments and use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractual issues.
• Ability to review and interpret solicitation requirements, contractual terms and conditions, statement of work, and compliance obligations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation, whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation for OT contracts.
• Advise leadership on contractual matters, including contract types, regulatory compliance, and IP negotiations.
• Develop specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives.
