Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our OT team. You’ll apply advanced contract management expertise to capture, implement, and manage proposals and contracts across markets, guiding risk mitigation and strategic negotiations.

You’ll partner with account executives and leadership, handling terms and conditions, whitepapers, and project execution for OT prototypes and follow-on production contracts. Expect travel up to 25% and a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with federal contracts supporting U.S. government programs.
• Experience in negotiations or proposal preparation.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, and OT authority frameworks.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and non-FAR environments.
• Ability to develop specialized contract vehicles and techniques to meet business goals.
• Ability to draft non-routine contractual instruments and use independent judgment.
• Ability to review solicitations, terms and conditions, SOW, and compliance obligations.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitations for potential risks and guide proposal strategies.
