This remote, deadline-driven role requires drafting, negotiation, and application of technology transaction expertise while maintaining high standards and consistent legal positions. Candidates should hold a J.D., be admitted to the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
