Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission are required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification and data protection.
• Experience with MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and technology transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
