Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Contracts Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review and redline commercial agreements, provide clear legal analysis, and help train AI systems with precise contract insights.

We expect 4+ years of transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
