Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Contracts Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review agreements, redline terms, and provide clear legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.

This remote, US-based contractor role requires JD, active US bar, and 4+ years of transactional experience, with strong drafting and negotiation skills. You will work independently to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission required
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions (indemnification, liability limits, confidentiality, data protection)
• Excellent legal writing, analytical and contract review skills
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs
• Analyze contracts and apply playbooks and company positions
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment
