Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Contracts Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review agreements, perform redlines, and provide clear legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.

You will work remotely in a deadline-driven environment, handling MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other commercial contracts while applying your drafting and negotiation expertise to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
