Qualifications

• J.D. with strong transactional law background and U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Solid knowledge of commercial contract provisions (indemnification, liability limits, confidentiality, data protection).
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Attention to detail and sound legal judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
