Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Contracts Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, perform redlines, and provide clear legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.

The role is remote (US based) with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requires JD, active US bar, 4+ years of transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and ability to draft explanations for redlines and revisions.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar status.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical abilities and contract review skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
