YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Contracts Attorney to support a confidential AI project. You will review and redline commercial agreements, provide clear legal analysis, and help train AI systems while working remotely within the United States.

The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, knowledge of data protection, and the ability to produce concise legal explanations in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
