YO AI Labs seeks experienced Contracts Attorneys to support a confidential AI project. You will review and redline MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, and provide clear legal analysis to train AI systems. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of transactional experience, strong writing, and expert knowledge of commercial contract provisions.

Role is remote (US based) with independent, deadline-driven work in a fast-paced environment. JD and active US bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active US bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of indemnification, liability limits, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent writing, analysis and contract review skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
