Circana, a leading data and analytics company, is seeking a Contracts Manager to support the Legal and Compliance team. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and SOWs, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk management.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial contract management, legal operations, or paralegal work.
• Experience in marketing, claims review, data analytics, or related business function is valued.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements and NDAs.
• Assess contract requests and elevate issues with legal, operational, and business considerations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure policy alignment and efficient execution.
• Maintain contract records, templates, and related documentation for consistency.
