Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks a Legal Operations and Contracts Manager to partner with attorneys and business stakeholders by owning critical legal operations processes, optimizing legal technologies, and implementing AI-enabled solutions across the Legal department. This role will drive contract lifecycle management, matter operations, reporting, analytics, and technology administration.

The position requires 4–6 years in legal operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with CLM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program preferred.
4–6 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, compliance, litigation support, or related legal functions.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal workflows.
Hands-on experience with CLM, matter management, e-signature, and document management tools.
Familiarity with AI tools in legal operations and workflow automation.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake to post-execution governance.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, IT and business partners.
Design and implement standardized processes and dashboards for the Legal Department.
Administer and maintain legal technology platforms; define governance standards.
Develop and execute system governance, training, and adoption strategies.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in established workflows and lead change management.
