• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of contract administration or paralegal experience; growth as analyst.
• 1+ years at a SaaS or technology company; 2+ years compliance preferred.
• Experience administering DealHub or CPQ tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the contracting process — lead proposal reviews and negotiations with limited supervision.
• Read and interpret contract language, determine pushback, negotiate terms with clients.
• Manage contract lifecycles and data governance for all client contracts.
• Administer CPQ system (DealHub) — workflows and templates upkeep.
• Drive AI-enabled process improvements to reduce manual work and speed up workflows.
• Triage contract requests and coordinate with sales, legal, and leadership.
