Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced financial services support or loan operations is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes, systems, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Audit loan files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity.
• Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls with borrowers and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and servicing tasks, including portal setup and account inquiries.
