Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Temporary/Project-based Loan Operations Coordinator to support loan transactions from approval through funding and post-closing activities. You will act as a primary liaison between borrowers, advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field, plus 2–10 years of experience in commercial lending or loan operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–10 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination.
• Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews.
• Order and review lien searches, credit reports, insurance, tax, and third-party reports.
• Prepare closing statements, monitor approvals, verify wire instructions, and coordinate funding.
• Support post-closing asset management activities, including deposits, memos, and refunds.
