Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a temporary/project-based professional to support loan transactions from approval through funding and post-closing. You will coordinate between borrowers, advisors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate execution.

Ideal candidates bring a finance or real estate background with 2–10 years in commercial lending or loan operations, plus strong organization and communication skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2-10 years in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination.
• Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews.
• Order and review lien searches, credit reports, insurance, tax, and third-party reports.
• Prepare closing statements, monitor approvals, verify wire instructions, and coordinate funding.
• Support post-closing asset management activities, including deposits, memos, and refunds.
