Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Process Administrator in Columbus, OH (remote optional) to support onboarding and ongoing administration of purchased loans after closing. You will work with external clients, account executives, and internal teams to ensure accurate onboarding, maintenance, and compliance within client systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1-5+ years in processing, loan operations, underwriting support, banking operations, mortgage operations, documentation review, paralegal work, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of newly acquired loan portfolios into internal systems.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and missing information prior to processing.
• Serve as a liaison between external clients, account executives, and internal teams.
• Maintain and update loan records throughout the relationship lifecycle.
• Conduct verifications and compliance reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Lead recurring client and stakeholder meetings, driving action items to completion.
• Track onboarding milestones and provide status updates proactively.
• Research and resolve processing issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Help improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Support reporting, documentation, and audit-related requests.
