Job summary

New Silver is a fintech company delivering fast, flexible capital to real estate investors. We seek an Asset Management Specialist to manage construction draws, monitor loan performance, and coordinate borrower communications in a remote LATAM setup.

You will work with borrowers, internal teams, and third-party servicers to ensure insurance, compliance, and timely loan status updates while supporting ongoing asset management projects and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in loan servicing or asset management.
• Experience in mortgage operations is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under time pressure.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and review construction draw requests per policy.
• Monitor portfolio for past due payments and follow up with borrowers.
• Track loan maturities and coordinate extensions, payoffs, or refi.
• Serve as primary contact for borrower queries on draws and loan status.
• Follow up on insurance certificates and tax documents for compliance.
• Coordinate with third-party servicers on payments and payoff requests.
• Maintain accurate loan records in internal systems.
• Identify at‑risk loans and escalate to the right team.
• Support ad hoc asset management projects and reporting.
