Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Loan Support Specialist to provide daily support for loan origination systems and related processes. This role services Loan Officers, Loan Processors, and other staff, handling tickets, calls, and emails across Pacific Time working hours for West Coast coverage.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in mortgage support and strong customer service, with experience in Encompass360 and Microsoft Office. Remote opportunity within the USA with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Loan Processor or Loan Officer in mortgage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience using Encompass360 Banker’s Edition in a production role.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily loan support for all company employees via ticketing system, inbound calls, email and in person.
• Offer guidance and troubleshooting on loan origination systems.
• Assist with loan eligibility and lending guideline inquiries.
