Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct contractor sales or relationship management in roofing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking abilities for events and customer engagement.
• Experience with contractor growth programs and loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to build third-party alliances and drive new customer acquisition.
• Develop contractor loyalty programs and incentive structures.
• Lead Latino market growth initiatives and Para Latino collaborations.
• Advise on sponsorships and cross-department collaboration with marketing and national accounts.
• Maintain monthly partner communications to review data and drive improvements.
• Represent Atlas at industry events and lead outreach to contractors.
• Roll out contractor programs and tools for sales reps and external partners.
• Track loyalty programs and competitor campaigns; report insights to leadership.
