Job summary

Building Talent Foundation seeks an Engagement Manager – Atlanta, GA to recruit and place candidates into skilled trades education programs and contractor placements. The role emphasizes building relationships with workforce partners, schools, and local nonprofits to fill pipelines for residential construction careers.

The position offers full-time employment with a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 per year and a 50% virtual/remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Must have recruiting experience in skilled trades (construction, plumbing, electric, HVAC).
• 5–10 years in recruiting or sales preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required. MS Office competency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from requisition to hire.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; build hiring funnels with contractors.
• Develop recruitment strategies with nonprofits and workforce organizations.
• Postings management and reporting on field recruitment activities.
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS and support placement in programs.
