Job summary

Roofr is seeking a Spanish-speaking Onboarding Manager (contract) to own the critical window from signing to live, confident customers deriving real value from Roofr. You’ll onboard hundreds of new customers monthly across products, balancing 1:1 and group training in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish, with 2+ years in onboarding/CS/SaaS, strong communication skills, and a track record of enabling customers to achieve tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency required (written and spoken).
• 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, or enablement (SaaS/SMB/B2B).
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across live calls, video, email, and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding journey for net-new Roofr customers from Account Setup through to handoff to Customer Success Manager.
• Manage multiple concurrent onboardings in a high-volume environment with 1:1 and group training.
• Guide customers to align with their business workflows and technical maturity.
• Drive customers to live, self-sufficient status with a clean handoff to CS.
• Collaborate with Account Setup to reflect each customer's needs and adoption foundations.
• Deliver engaging live trainings and webinars that drive real adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Retention, Product, and CS to surface friction and ensure clean handoffs.
• Contribute to onboarding playbook design for scalable processes.
• Act as a trusted guide during a high-stakes window to set customers up for long-term success.
