Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a Business Development Rep to support day-to-day workflow, contract review, and data entry. You will liaise with agents and carriers to coordinate incomplete contracts and drive production timelines.

The role requires strong English communication, organization, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Prior insurance experience and Zoho CRM familiarity are a plus, with remote-friendly dynamics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in general insurance, financial services, or B2B customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with contract processing and carrier communications is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts in Zoho CRM and coordinate follow-ups.
• Contact agents to collect data and complete contracts for production.
• Explain carrier communications to agents and coordinate appointments and product changes.
• Support contracting teams and assist with special projects as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of carrier processes and act on behalf of manager when needed.
