Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks a Contracting Associate to support FMO health insurance operations from our office in the United States. The role focuses on day-to-day workflow processing, contract review, data entry, and acting as liaison with agents and carriers to keep contracts moving through production.

This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, with opportunities to assist with special projects and basic Zoho support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years general insurance industry or related field experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts in Zoho CRM and post notes.
• Collect incomplete data from agents and reconnect contracts.
• Explain carrier communications to agents.
• Process state appointments, product additions, commission levels.
• Assist Contracting Associate I and II when needed.
• Coordinate with internal management and external carriers.
• Maintain knowledge of carriers processed by the team.
• Assist with special projects and Zoho desk support.
