Responsibilities

• Review and process Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and Data Use Agreements.
• Collaborate with Office of General Counsel, Office of Technology Development, Sponsored Programs and external partners.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and data analytics for contracting operations.
