Gravity IT Resources is recruiting a Contract Technical Recruiter to support a large staff augmentation engagement. You will own the recruitment lifecycle from intake through placement, manage a VMS-driven workflow, and deliver timely submissions for IT talent.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
• Experience supporting VMS-driven clients and managing high-volume requisitions.
• Proven success recruiting for Cloud, Infrastructure, Software, Data & Analytics, and Cybersecurity roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle for IT contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of VMS requisitions and ensure timely candidate submissions.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify technical professionals across a variety of technology skill sets.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage offers, and support onboarding activities.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate records within ATS and VMS.
• Provide consistent communication to candidates, internal teams, and clients.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent.
• Meet recruiting goals while maintaining high-quality candidate and client experiences.
