Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our growing team. This six-month contract role will own requisitions from intake to offer, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while representing Vasion's culture to every candidate touched.

You'll collaborate closely with HRBPs, People Ops, and department leaders to keep pipelines moving without sacrificing candidate experience or quality of hire.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Ability to translate hiring needs into compelling job postings and search strategies.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, both behavioral and technical.
• Experience partnering with HRBPs, People Ops, and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments for a growing team.
