Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a highly motivated Technical & Creative Recruiter to support national recruiting efforts across MSP/VMS programs and direct client engagements. You will identify, engage, and deliver top talent across UX, UI, ERP, CRM, and functional technology roles in a largely remote environment.

You will work with Client Partners and Delivery Managers, lead intake discussions, develop talent strategies, and present qualified candidates with clear summaries and compensation expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience for technical, creative, and functional roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit nationally for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across technical, creative, and functional disciplines.
• Support MSP/VMS recruiting processes, including adherence to client intake, submission, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Client Partners and Delivery Managers to align priorities and hiring strategies.
• Lead intake calls and contribute expertise on role requirements, compensation, and sourcing strategy.
• Develop targeted sourcing plans and pipelines for UX, UI, product design, ERP, CRM, and related roles.
• Identify and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and talent communities; leverage AI-enabled tools.
• Present qualified candidates with clear summaries including experience, strengths, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipeline data in recruiting systems.
• Collaborate with account teams to improve candidate quality and speed to delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting communities.
• Represent the company at industry events and professional groups to expand network.
