Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our client's Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased hiring. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced technical recruiter who can manage multiple searches, engage hard-to-reach talent and partner with hiring leaders to fill critical roles through December 2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior technical roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple searches in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for ~4–5 open requisitions across technical functions (Engineering, Product, Data/Analytics).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through offers and closing.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics.
• Develop workflows and templates to improve hiring outcomes.
• Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders with timely communication.
