Addison Group is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our client's Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased hiring. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced technical recruiter who can manage multiple searches, engage hard-to-reach talent and partner with hiring leaders to fill critical roles through December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for ~4–5 open requisitions across technical functions (Engineering, Product, Data/Analytics).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through offers and closing.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics.
• Develop workflows and templates to improve hiring outcomes.
• Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders with timely communication.

Job Title: Contract Recruiter

Assignment Type: Contract through December 22, 2026

Pay: $40 – $50 / hour (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30am–5pm CT or ET preferred. Not eligible for overtime.

Addison Group is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our client's Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased hiring. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced technical recruiter who can manage multiple searches, engage hard-to-reach talent and partner with hiring leaders to fill critical roles through the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for approximately 4–5 open requisitions at a time across technical functions, including Engineering, Product and Data/Analytics.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish candidate profiles and develop effective interview processes.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, facilitate hiring discussions and guide candidates through the offer and closing process.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, monitor recruiting metrics and ensure candidates progress through each stage efficiently.
• Develop and refine recruiting workflows, templates and evaluation tools to improve consistency and hiring outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while maintaining timely communication and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruiting for senior-level technical positions such as Software Engineers and Product Managers.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple technical searches in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or startup environment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, critical thinking and time-management skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, prioritize competing needs and manage the recruitment process independently.
• Available to interview this week and able to commit through December 22, 2026.

Additional Details:

• Hours per week: 40
• Interview process: Two virtual interview rounds, including an initial meeting with the Talent Acquisition leader followed by a panel interview with People leadership and another stakeholder.
• Interview availability: Candidates should be available to interview this week.
• Start date: Targeting the week of November 2, 2026.
• Equipment: A company-issued laptop will be provided.
• Assignment end date: December 22, 2026.
